Job summary
Maxwell Recruitment & Training is seeking a proactive Service Supervisor to lead our field service team in the Newcastle region. This hands-on role combines field work with supervisory and coordination responsibilities.
You will oversee HVAC and refrigeration servicing, maintenance, repairs, fault-finding, schedule jobs, provide technical guidance, and manage customer communications, ensuring quotes are prepared and jobs are completed to high standards.

Maxwell Recruitment & Training are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised and hands on Service Supervisor.
This is a hands on role, with the majority of your time spent in the field alongside the service team, combined with supervisory and coordination responsibilities.
HVAC and refrigeration servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding
Supervising and supporting service technicians
Scheduling and coordinating service, maintenance and breakdown jobs
Providing technical guidance and assisting with complex issues
Managing customer communication and service requirements
Preparing quotes and ensuring jobs are followed through to completion
8:00am–4:00pm with monthly on call work
Company phone, laptop and vehicle
Immediate start
Strong HVAC and refrigeration experience
