Job summary

Marble Group is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our established NSW-based team. These hands-on roles cover service, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across commercial and critical environments.

You'll work on a variety of equipment, hold a Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration with NSW ARCtick, a current NSW Driver's Licence, and preferably a NSW Electrical Licence. A safety‑minded, autonomous mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified with Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and ARCtick licence.
• NSW Driver's Licence required; Electrical licence highly regarded.
• Experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance and fault-finding.
• Safety-conscious with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Service & maintenance: perform planned preventative maintenance across commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnostics & repairs: fault-find and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Asset variety: work on split systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs and precision cooling.
• Client relations: liaise with facility managers and site contacts professionally.
• Reporting: complete accurate digital service reports and job documentation.

Job description

I am currently looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join a well-established HVAC & Refrigeration contractors servicing commercial and critical clients across NSW.

These roles are hands on service and maintanence positions working across a range of commercial sites, carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, breakdowns and repairs across HVAC and refrigeration systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Service & Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Attend client breakdowns to perform precise mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration fault-finding and high-quality repairs.
• Asset Variety: Work on a versatile mix of equipment depending on your experience, including split systems, package units, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, and precision cooling/CRAC systems.
• Client Relations: Liaise directly with facility managers and site contacts, representing the business with a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Reporting: Complete accurate digital service reports and job documentation via the company's internal tablet/phone system.

What We're Looking For

• Trade Qualified: Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration with a current NSW Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick).
• Licence: Full, valid NSW Driver's Licence.
• Experience: Proven track record in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and fault-finding.
• Electrical Capability: A NSW Electrical Licence or relevant restricted electrical qualification is highly regarded.
• Key Attributes: Ability to work autonomously, manage your daily workload efficiently, and maintain an uncompromising approach to workplace safety.
• Note: The ability to obtain or maintain a baseline security clearance is advantageous for specific high-security sites.
