Job summary

Maxwell Recruitment & Training is seeking a proactive Service Supervisor to lead our field service team in the Newcastle region. This hands-on role combines field work with supervisory and coordination responsibilities.

You will oversee HVAC and refrigeration servicing, maintenance, repairs, fault-finding, schedule jobs, provide technical guidance, and manage customer communications, ensuring quotes are prepared and jobs are completed to high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong fault finding and technical skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians and coordinate field operations.
