Job summary

Maxwell Recruitment is seeking a proactive Service Supervisor to lead the field service team in the Newcastle area. The role is hands-on, combining fieldwork with supervisory and coordination responsibilities, overseeing HVAC and refrigeration servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding.

You will supervise technicians, schedule jobs, provide technical guidance, manage customer communication, and prepare quotes to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC and refrigeration experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent fault-finding and technical skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and support a team effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
