Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking a Reporting Specialist embedded onsite with a Federal Government environment in Sydney or Canberra. You will own the delivery of accurate monthly and ad hoc service reports across Helpdesk and Infrastructure, ensuring performance against SLAs and KPIs is clear and actionable.

You will build Power BI dashboards and templates, validate data from diverse sources including HP Service Manager, and help define measurement methods.

Qualifications

• Must hold active AGSVA Security Clearance (NV1 or NV2).
• Proven experience producing and owning service performance reporting (SLA and KPI).
• Strong ITSM knowledge and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and ad hoc service reports for Helpdesk and Infrastructure.
• Create Power BI dashboards and templates.
• Validate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality.
• Define measurement methods and training to improve data capture.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Service Delivery Managers and Security teams to maintain a consistent view of service performance.
