Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly analytical Data & Reporting Analyst to support an Australian Federal Government client. You will own reporting, BI, and automation across Facilities Management, Finance and Shared Services, delivering dashboards and insights to drive operational excellence.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or technology support
• Strong Power BI development experience (essential)
• Experience using Power Automate (essential)
• Advanced Excel skills including reporting and automation
• Experience improving data quality and governance processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Working knowledge of SQL and database structures

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Support and manage reporting portals including Triana and Power BI
• Design and improve automation workflows using Power Automate and other technologies
• Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support business requirements
• Monitor data quality, identify issues and drive corrective actions
• Investigate reporting and system issues and identify root causes
• Create data integrity reports and performance monitoring tools
• Develop reporting templates and business improvement tools
• Support the rollout of technology initiatives across the account
• Document reporting processes, user requirements and change requests
• Partner with operational teams to improve reporting capability and data management
• Deliver meaningful insights that support business performance and decision-making
