Job summary

The Network in Sydney is seeking a Technology Governance and Reporting Analyst for a 6-month contract with hybrid work between home and a CBD office. You will own end-to-end Technology Executive reporting, develop Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks, and coordinate governance forums with audit and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• PMO/governance and performance reporting experience.
• Experience delivering reporting uplift or transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and reporting visuals.
• Experience producing executive-level KPI frameworks and scorecards.
• Experience coordinating governance forums and action tracking.
• Experience managing audit actions, risk registers, and governance trackers.
• Strong SharePoint administration and content management capability.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive-ready materials.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of monthly Technology Executive Report.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI reporting.
• Produce timely performance reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate governance forums and audit/risk reporting rhythms.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, papers, and maintain action logs.
• Track audit recommendations, risk treatments, and governance actions.
• Manage Technology team's SharePoint environment and knowledge content.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to translate reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and governance.
