Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Power BI and reporting skills to support a major university transformation in Brisbane. You will translate business needs into dashboards, define KPIs, and work with stakeholders, project teams and developers to deliver trusted insights across admissions and planning.

You will gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead UAT while ensuring data governance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into reporting and dashboards.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and define KPIs for reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality and compliance principles.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting platforms and data modelling concepts.
• Experience facilitating UAT and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to capture reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Define business needs, KPIs and metrics for reporting solutions.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements and dashboard specs.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and developers during delivery.
• Support UAT and assist with issue resolution.
• Drive stakeholder alignment throughout project delivery.
• Assist with change management, training and adoption of new reporting tools.
• Ensure data governance, compliance and data quality in solutions.
