As a Reporting Specialist embedded onsite within one of Kinetic IT’s Federal Government customer environments in Sydney or Canberra, you’ll own the delivery of accurate, timely service reporting across Helpdesk and Infrastructure services. Working closely with the Account Executive, Service Delivery Managers, Contract Manager and Information Security Manager, you’ll make sure performance against contracted service levels and KPIs is clearly understood and well presented.
Your focus will span monthly and ad hoc service reports, Power BI dashboards and report templates, SLA and KPI performance, trend analysis and data quality across a complex ICT environment. You’ll gather and validate data from a wide range of sources, including the customer’s toolset, HP Service Manager and other legacy tooling, and backup solutions (schedules, completed jobs and restores), and build reporting that drives decisions. You’ll also help define the measurement methods to implement, make sure the right data is captured in the right tools, and develop work instructions and training so it’s captured correctly. Throughout, you’ll work closely with counterparts within the customer environment, other Work Package Suppliers and Kinetic IT to maintain a clear, consistent view of overall service performance.
