Job summary

Northcott in Sydney is seeking an Operations Analyst to turn data into practical insights that support better operational decisions and service performance. This temporary role runs through to 30 June 2027 with genuine work-from-home options.

You will develop and maintain automated reporting across Housing, Community and Clinical services, building Power BI dashboards and connecting data across systems to reveal trends, performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Develop, maintain automated Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and data preparation skills across data warehouses.
• Deliver integrated reporting across systems including revenue analytics and pipeline.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structures.
• Translate operational needs into practical reporting insights for managers.
• Focus on data quality, validation and governance.
• Ability to explain trends clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with NDIS funding, occupancy or utilisation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate, automated reporting across Housing, Community and Clinical services.
• Provide visibility of performance, revenue, workforce, vacancies and outcomes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards connecting data across multiple systems and turning complex information into clear insights.
• Support Growth Strategy by strengthening reporting across the customer journey from enquiry to service commencement, revenue and retention.
