Hinterland Group in Robina (Gold Coast) is seeking a Full-Time Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Toyota Service Department. You will welcome customers, coordinate service bookings, and support the service team with administration and follow-up tasks.

We value an upbeat, proactive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple platforms. Automotive dealership experience is nice-to-have but not essential.

Competenze

• Experience in reception or front-desk roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication, personal presentation, and a warm, personable manner.
• Ability to retain and recall information to support service bookings and scheduling.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a busy team environment.

Mansioni

• Greet customers face-to-face and over the phone promptly and professionally with service bookings and enquiries.
• Coordinate vehicle service across internal systems and assist with service operations.
• Assist with service administration tasks including job cards, loan car processes, and parts bookings.
• Support post-service follow-up and day-to-day service operations; contribute to KPI tracking.
