Pacific Motor Group is seeking a Service Receptionist for our Ford showroom in Maroochydore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly, professional service and supporting the service team.

The role starts with answering calls, handling general enquiries, providing updates, and booking appointments. A customer-focused attitude, empathy, and solid computer skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Look no further Pacific Motor Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Service Receptionist at our Ford showroom in Maroochydore.

As the Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your friendly demeanour alongside of the training provided will set the tone for their service experience, making a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

Initially this position will be responsible for manning the incoming calls, responding to general enquiries, providing regular customer updates and making bookings when required.

Applicants must have;

5 day working week - Monday to Friday 7.15-5.00pm
