Job summary

Cooma Automotive Holdings Pty Ltd in Cooma NSW is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers and coordinating the service journey from check-in to completion.

As the link between customers and the Service Centre, you will identify needs, communicate repair requirements, and ensure an amazing customer experience in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous 'face to face' customer service experience.
• Affinity or interest in cars and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• A happy & enthusiastic nature with the ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Managing all incoming calls with a positive and welcoming manner.
• Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and warm manner.
• Checking in customers' cars and accurately documenting concerns and requirements.
• Liaising with the Service Centre team, and providing customers with clear updates on the job progress, costs and completion times.

Cooma Automotive (previously High Country Automotive) is looking for a superstar Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our busy service department!

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands the importance of providing amazing customer service in our Dealership! You'll be the Service Centre's "Director of First Impressions", which means regardless of how busy you are, you'll always be personable and positive.

You'll be the key link between our customers and our Service Centre, responsible for managing the customer journey, identifying their needs, communicating repair and maintenance requirements, and ensuring every customer receives an amazing experience.
