CBUS Super is seeking a Senior Manager, Controls to lead the monitoring and improvement of the end-to-end Technology controls environment. This role sits in the Monitoring Controls and Governance (MGC) team and partners with technology leaders to manage risk across technology operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

You will drive control maturity, compliance obligations management, and incident governance, embedding strong risk practices and accountability across the technology function

Qualificações

• Experience in a Technology Risk, Controls, Audit or Assurance of Compliance role within financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monitoring, assessment and uplift of Technology controls and testing outcomes.
• Provide risk and compliance reporting for executive and Board forums.
• Assist technology teams to design and embed controls meeting regulatory obligations.
• Oversee remediation of incidents, breaches, audit actions and systemic issues.
• Develop and mentor the Monitoring team within the MGC Technology group.
