Job summary

CBUS Super Fund in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Manager, Service Provider Risk to join the Group Risk team on a 12-month maximum-term contract, covering parental leave.

You will oversee and enhance the Fund's Service Provider Risk Framework, provide second-line oversight, guidance and challenge, and lead risk policy development and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service provider risk, operational resilience, business continuity or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of APRA CPS 230 and contemporary risk management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience working within financial services, superannuation or regulated environments.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer or similar solutions.

• Lead the development and maintenance of Service Provider Risk policies, standards and frameworks.
