Job summary

Southern Star Group in Geelong, VIC, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Victorian Service operation across Geelong and Clayton. You will oversee a team of about 50 across field service, scheduling, glazing and parts, driving a high‑quality customer experience and strong safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 50 employees across Victoria.
• Build a culture of accountability, safety and pride in workmanship.
• Coach and develop supervisors and future leaders.
• Improve service delivery performance and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling, workflow, field execution and completion processes.
• Manage labour, fleet, parts and operational costs.
• Strengthen training, capability and workforce engagement.
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams.
