Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or operational leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a commercial cleaning portfolio, including oversight of operations, client relationships, financial performance, and service delivery standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all Victorian sites.
• Manage and improve service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
• Manage rostering and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee, in conjunction with Contract Managers the timesheets of employees.
• Maintain all compliance requirements through our Integrated Management System.
