Job summary

TechSafe is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join the Tasmanian division in Mornington. You will coordinate field resources, manage work allocation and scheduling, liaise with customers and inspectors, and support the delivery of electrical inspection services across Tasmania.

This permanent full-time role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, scheduling, workforce coordination, customer service, or service delivery.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities for field-based inspectors across Tasmania.
• Allocate, dispatch and reschedule work to meet commitments.
• Manage changing priorities and respond to urgent requirements.
• Liaise with inspectors, customers and stakeholders to coordinate appointments.
• Monitor workloads and ensure service delivery targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Process inbound customer enquiries and provide high standard of service.
• Support field staff with administrative and operational requirements.
• Maintain records and update business systems.
• Assist with billing, invoicing and contract administration activities.
• Prepare reports and undertake general administration duties.
