Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and a full Australian work rights. A valid driver's license is essential for site-based duties and field coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience.
• Service coordination experience is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and schedule maintenances promptly.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and invoice service calls.
• Assign service mechanics to calls and scheduled maintenance.
• Coordinate and entry of time sheets.
• Prepare and receipting of purchase orders.
• Support in all areas of the service department.
