seek.com.au is seeking an Operations Administrator to deliver structured, accurate operational and administrative support across workshop coordination, payroll assistance, mobilisation, reporting and document control.
You will manage open workshop jobs, compile job packs, raise requisitions, receipt invoices, monitor stock, collate timesheets and coordinate mobilisation with records of licenses and inductions.
The Operations Administrator is responsible for delivering structured, accurate and timely operational and administrative support. The role plays a critical function in workshop coordination, payroll support, mobilisation compliance, reporting and document control.
Key responsibilities
Open workshop jobs, ensuring accurate job structure, coding and cost allocation prior to commencement of works
Compile and issue complete job packs including scope, parts, labour allocation, costings and approvals
Raise internal and external requisitions, purchase orders and picking slips
Receipt supplier invoices and reconcile commitments against approved budgets
Monitor and manage stock levels and workshop consumables
Collate daily timesheets for workshop and Field Service personnel and verify labour hours against job allocations and cost centres
Coordinate mobilisation for Field Service works and maintain up-to-date records of medicals, site inductions, licences, qualifications and VOCs
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience in workshop, project, site or operations administration
Current Australian Driver's Licence
High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and exercise initiative
