Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd in Birralee, South Australia, seeks a Service Administrator to coordinate regular service calls, respond to clients, and arrange repairs with our service technicians, delivering excellent customer service.

Hours are Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent, reporting to the Service Manager. You will receive calls, schedule service, process orders and invoices, and keep customers updated on progress with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Background in service or repairs roles preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and friendly customer service.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, to understand internal systems.
• Motivated and results driven.
• Team player with ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Coordinate service calls with our Service Technicians and schedule visits.
• Process purchase orders and related invoices.
• Provide customers with progress updates on current jobs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes or expand the service business.
