Job summary

WesTrac Cat in Bunbury, WA is seeking an Administrator – Service Operations to support the branch with a wide range of administrative and customer tasks. You will ensure compliant site entry, deliver outstanding service, and coordinate day-to-day activities to keep operations running smoothly.

This role offers regular hours, a Monday–Friday roster, and the opportunity to work closely with customers, visitors and colleagues, contributing to continuous improvements and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
• Strong computer literacy skills, Microsoft Office proficiency and SAP Concur experience desirable.
• Time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional administrative and customer support across WesTrac's operations network, ensuring requests are actioned accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, mobilisation, travel, accommodation, training and workforce administration activities.
• Maintain business records, compliance documentation, training matrices and quality assurance systems to support operational excellence.
• Provide procurement, finance administration support, including purchase requisitions, invoicing and expense processing.
• Support site, branch and contract operations through effective stakeholder communication, scheduling and coordination activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service delivery and customer experience.
