Job summary

VAE Group is seeking a strong Service Operations Leader to drive performance for our Sydney HVAC services. You will lead a team, oversee branch performance, and collaborate with the NSW Regional Manager to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

You will come from HVAC or related industries, with a track record of balancing operational excellence, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes. This role requires safety focus, ownership, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labour productivity and branch performance.
• Partner with Regional Manager NSW to hit revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and support HVAC Service Technicians.
• Manage customer portfolios and service levels.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Review quotations, timesheets, invoices and service docs.

Your day to day looks like

• Monitoring labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager NSW to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of HVAC Service Technicians
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
• Building trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
• Reviewing quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation
