VAE Group seeks a results-driven leader to run its Service operations in Sydney. You will lead a team of HVAC service technicians, drive labour productivity, profitability, and branch performance, and cultivate new business opportunities.

A related trade background is acceptable, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Experience in HVAC or related technical services, plus a proven ability to balance operational performance with customer relationships and commercial outcomes, will be highly

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor HVAC Service Technicians in Sydney.
• Monitor labour productivity, profitability, and branch performance.
• Partner with Regional Manager NSW to meet revenue targets.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer accounts and service levels; identify upsell opportunities.
• Review quotations, orders, timesheets, invoices and service docs.

Your day to day looks like

• Monitoring labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager NSW to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of HVAC Service Technicians
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
• Building trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
• Reviewing quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation

• Experience within HVAC (preferred), mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry
• A trade background is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in experienced service leaders who understand how to balance operational performance, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes
