Job summary

VAE Group is seeking Chiller Technicians to service commercial chillers and chilled water systems across Brisbane. You will fault-find, service and maintain on diverse sites including hospitals and commercial buildings.

The role offers an hourly rate, company vehicle or car allowance, tools, uniform and regular pay reviews, with a strong focus on safety and wellbeing for our team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration
• Current ARCTick, QBCC licences and a valid Driver's Licence
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Fault-find, service, maintain and respond to breakdowns across commercial and critical sites.
• Work across Brisbane on a hands-on service role with chiller and water systems.
• Ensure safety standards and quality workmanship on all tasks.
• Provide timely reporting and documentation of maintenance activities.

This is a hands-on service role working across commercial chillers and chilled water systems throughout Brisbane. Our clients span across diverse industries – hospitals, heavy industry, commercial buildings and more.

You will be fault-finding, servicing, maintaining and responding to breakdowns across a range of commercial and critical sites.

We are looking for Chiller Techs who have experience with:

• Chillers and chilled water systems
• Commercial HVAC and mechanical plant
• Refrigeration circuits and compressors
• Pumps and heat exchangers
• Electrical and controls fault finding
• Preventative maintenance and breakdowns
