Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is recruiting a Dealer Principal / General Manager to head a Wellington dealership for two growing automotive brands. You will own commercial performance, lead a talented team and drive the presence of emerging brands in the Wellington market.

With regional support, you will have autonomy and opportunities across New Zealand's largest independent automotive retail group, including a pathway to a future GM role within the group.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership leadership experience in roles like Sales Manager or Dealer Principal.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive results.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate high-performing teams.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver's license.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Dealer Principal / General Managerto lead their dealership in Wellington.
