Westpoint Autos Seventeen Mile Rocks is seeking an experienced Site Fixed Operations Manager to lead a busy multi-brand service department, used cars and 4x4 accessories business in Queensland. You’ll drive workshop performance, develop teams and ensure outstanding customer service, while aligning with OEM standards and company policies.

• Previous experience as a Fixed Operations Manager or Senior Service Manager within a multi franchised dealership environment.
• Proven leadership capability managing technical and customer service teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent communication, leadership and people development skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy dealership service department, used car department and 4x4 business
• Managing and mentoring Service Managers, Parts Staff, Technicians, Service Advisors and Administrative staff
• Driving departmental performance against OEM and internal KPIs
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and service quality
• Collaborating with Service, Parts, 4x4 Accessory and Used Car teams to maximise efficiency
• Monitoring workshop productivity, labour recovery and profitability
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and grow departmental performance
• Maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies

Westpoint Autos is seeking an experienced and drivenSite Fixed Operations Managerto join our Seventeen-Mile Rocks Service Department. Representing a range of leading automotive brands includingNissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, Isuzu UTE, GWM, Mahindra and more, this role offers the opportunity to step into a senior leadership position within a growing organisation known for strong internal career pathways and industry-leading support.

Our dealerships operatebusy, high-volume workshops, delivering exceptional service to thousands of customers each year. Asthe Site Fixed Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the service department operations, used car operations and 4x4 accessories business, ensuring strong workshop performance, outstanding customer experiences, and effective leadership of technical and customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
