Wideland Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our Toyota & Isuzu Ute dealership in Scone, NSW. You will lead the service team, drive KPI performance, and ensure excellent customer service while growing the business.

The successful candidate will combine strong supervisory skills with automotive mechanical knowledge and a proactive, results-driven mindset. An exciting remuneration package is on offer within a supportive team environment.

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge of automotive products and/or equipment.
• Operational experience leading, coaching and managing teams to meet KPI's.
• Demonstrated ability to market our services using business strategies.

• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements.
• Computer literacy with dealer management systems experience is advantageous.

We are currently seeking an experienced “hands on” Service Managerto join the team at our Toyota & Isuzu Ute dealership in Scone.

You will be a result driven individual that wants to grow the business as if it is their own and claim the rewards that will be part of it.You will ensure that you the branch providescourteous service to clients, colleagues and the broader community and lead your team in portraying company decisions in a positive manner.

The successful applicant will have the team, tools and the dealership providing a support network to assist them in this endeavour. Basing yourself in an industry leading Automotive Dealership, with a product range that is envied, you will have endless opportunities to grow your section of this business.

Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills to be successful in this endeavour:

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar role
• Extensive mechanical knowledge of automotive products and/or equipment
