Job summary

Wideland Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Service Manager for our Toyota & Isuzu Ute dealership in Scone. You will lead the service team, drive KPI performance, and ensure courteous service to clients and colleagues while growing the business and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven supervision, extensive automotive knowledge, and the ability to market services through strategic operations.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge of automotive products and/or equipment.
• Operational experience leading, coaching and managing teams to meet KPI's.
• Demonstrated ability to market our services using business strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements.
• Computer literacy with experience in dealer management systems is advantageous.
• Supportive and 'can do' attitude.

We are currently seeking an experienced “hands on” Service Managerto join the team at our Toyota & Isuzu Ute dealership in Scone.
