For over 30 years, Dave Benson Caravans has been helping Australians hit the road with confidence. We are also an RAA approved repairer, operating from Australia's largest indoor caravan showroom and service facility.

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and help drive workshop performance, customer satisfaction and team success.

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Service Department, ensuring efficient workshop performance, positive customer outcomes and a safe, productive work environment.

This role would suit an experienced Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Foreman or senior tradesperson ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service and repair team
• Manage workshop scheduling, productivity and workflow
• Ensure exceptional customer service and communication
• Monitor department performance, efficiency and profitability
