Dave Benson Caravans seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and drive workshop performance, customer satisfaction and team success. You will report to senior management and oversee day-to-day operation, ensuring a safe, productive environment.

This role suits someone with leadership in service, workshop or repair settings, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach with commercial awareness. A current driver’s licence is required.

Formación

• Previous leadership experience in a service, workshop or repair environment.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• A customer-focused approach with commercial awareness.
• Experience managing workflow, productivity and operational performance.
• Automotive, caravan, RV or related industry experience will be highly regarded.
• A current driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the service and repair team.
• Manage workshop scheduling, productivity and workflow.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and communication.
• Monitor department performance, efficiency and profitability.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.
