Job summary

Leda Security Products, part of the ARA Group, is seeking a part-time Service and Installation Coordinator to join our Loganholme team. You will coordinate service and install activities, schedule site work, and manage subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will liaise with customers and internal teams, promote maintenance contracts, and support ongoing service delivery in a dynamic security solutions environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an organised and proactive professional with:
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including WHS&E requirements
• Confidence in quoting and estimating work
• Computer skills, ideally with ERP or accounting systems
• Experience in a similar role coordinating service and installation teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all service and installation activities
• Schedule site installations and service work
• Allocate and oversee subcontractor work
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet requests and resolve issues
• Promote preventative maintenance contracts to customers
