Job summary

Leda Security Products, part of the ARA Group, is seeking a part-time Service and Installation Coordinator to join our Loganholme team. You will coordinate service and install activities, schedule site work, and manage subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will liaise with customers and internal teams, promote maintenance contracts, and support ongoing service delivery in a dynamic security solutions environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an organised and proactive professional with:
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including WHS&E requirements
• Confidence in quoting and estimating work
• Computer skills, ideally with ERP or accounting systems
• Experience in a similar role coordinating service and installation teams

We are now seeking apart-time Service and Installation Coordinatorto join our Loganholme team. This role is key in planning and scheduling our service and installation operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating all service and installation activities, including:

• Scheduling site installations and service work
• Allocating and overseeing subcontractor work
• Liaising with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet requests and resolve issues
• Promoting preventative maintenance contracts to customers
