Qualifications

• NV2 Security Clearance is required for this role.
• 2-5 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Prior team lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads small delivery management projects with semi-independence.
• Creates and maintains project plans and allocates resources effectively.
• Tracks project costs and ensures alignment with client agreements.
• Serves as main client contact and manages expectations.
• Implements solutions based on client requirements and business goals.
• Monitors performance versus SLAs and escalates issues as needed.
• Mentors team members to build new skills and meet SLAs.
