Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Client Delivery Executive for a government client in Canberra. You will own day-to-day service delivery, governance, and profitability of managed services with a focus on the Service Desk.

This role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and delivering value within contractual commitments and SLAs. You will lead service performance, risk management, and continuous improvement, reporting to the client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NV2 security clearance or higher, government experience preferred.
• Experience delivering IT service in managed services or government environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and service performance reporting.
• Experience supporting account governance and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day service delivery for the government client and managed services.
• Lead Service Desk performance, SLAs, incident trends, backlog health, and customer satisfaction.
• Support account governance, risk management, and cost control within the P&L scope.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and service line leads to ensure consistent execution.
• Assist in monitoring metrics, risks, and actions, driving closure and improvement.
• Identify and deliver service improvement initiatives to increase stability and cost efficiency.
• Provide regular operational updates and client reporting on performance and actions.
• Manage ad hoc requests and changes, assessing delivery and financial impact.
