Responsibilities

• Discover, define and design improvements to existing workflows and identify opportunities to innovate.
• Plan and run complex qualitative research, including interviews and co-design sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• Synthesize insights using systems thinking to support programme outcomes.
• Create artefacts such as journey maps, service blueprints and personas to guide decisions.
• Combine quantitative research and market trends to spot opportunities for service optimisation.
• Advocate for audience needs across the organisation and influence stakeholders.
• Support research operations with tooling, repositories and tagging for reuse.
