Job summary

SafeWork NSW is seeking a Service Designer to join the Digital Solutions and Systems Performance team. You will use research, discovery and evidence-based insights to translate complex challenges into practical recommendations that improve business processes, systems and user experiences.

You will facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, engage stakeholders and develop artefacts such as journey maps, service blueprints, process flows and prototypes to support implementation.

Qualifications
