Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator in Cairns to support service delivery, handle calls and emails, input data, and assist with deliveries. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will help ensure smooth customer relationships and operational support on the ground.

The role focuses on delivering reliable service, using Microsoft Office tools, and collaborating with SDPs, with opportunities for growth within a national provider of rental services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction.
• Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide timely customer support.
• Accurate and efficient data entry into systems.
• Work confidently with the Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
• Partner with SDPs to ensure our service commitments are consistently met.
• Support operational needs by assisting with deliveries when required.
• Comply with and support all health & safety procedures.
