Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound and inventory operations from the Kemps Creek facility in NSW. The role focuses on ensuring customer service levels are met, acting as the liaison between customers and warehouse operations, and coordinating timely resolution of operational needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in logistics service delivery, strong Excel/data reporting skills, and solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customer enquiries including inbound, outbound, inventory and launches.
• Provide timely updates to customers on orders, deliveries and changes.
• Coordinate between customers, Key Accounts and Operations to meet SLAs.
• Communicate customer requirements to warehouse operations for prompt action.
• Process work orders in the WMS and input production requests.
• Generate daily/weekly/adhoc reports from WMS and track key metrics.
• Track contractual KPIs and report to billing for accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate and expedite priority inbound/outbound shipments for launches and urgent needs.
• Attend weekly customer meetings to discuss service levels and upcoming needs.

YOUR ROLE

The Service Delivery Coordinator, based at our Kemps Creek facility, is responsible for ensuring all inbound, outbound, and inventory operations consistently meet or exceed agreed customer service levels.

Acting as the key link between customers and warehouse operations, this role facilitates effective communication, coordinates customer requirements, and ensures the timely resolution of operational needs to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

This role is offered on a secondment basis until 01.02.2028 to cover for parental leave.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, including inbound, outbound, inventory, product launches, and urgent requests
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders, deliveries, and any changes or issues
• Act as the key interface between customers, Key Account Manager and Operations to ensure SLA’s are achieved/met
• Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal warehouse operations, ensuring prompt and accurate action
• Process work orders for customers in our warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Input production requests, such as kitting and de-kitting, into WMS with accuracy and within specified timeframes
• Generate daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports from WMS into Excel, tracking key metrics such as inbound, outbound, and returns
• Track and report on contractual KPIs, ensuring SLAs are met and identifying any areas for improvement
• Provide monthly data and reports to the billing team to ensure customer invoicing is accurate
• Coordinate and expedite priority inbound and outbound shipments, particularly for product launches and urgent needs
• Attend weekly customer meetings, representing Service Delivery team in discussions on service levels, performance, and upcoming needs.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has experience in a service delivery or coordinator role within logistics / supply chain, together with:

• Experience generating reports and managing data accurately
• Proficiency in Excel, including data reporting and analysis
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently and proactively.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
