Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a focused Key Account Coordinator in Truganina, VIC for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support a key customer in Finished Vehicle Logistics, reporting to the Key Account Manager, handling day-to-day requests and ensuring high-quality service outcomes.

You will coordinate customer inquiries, maintain ETA and KPI reports, manage bookings and records, and assist with data uploads and issue resolution across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service and administration experience required.

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Must have a current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding vehicle locations and status.
• Maintain daily ETA reporting and provide delivery updates to customers and dealers.
• Prepare and distribute KPI, transit time, and performance reports.
• Manage vehicle bookings and maintain records across systems.
• Upload and maintain customer rates and data for system accuracy.
• Manage damage claims and communicate outcomes to dealers.
• Liaise with operations to resolve issues and support service commitments.

YOUR ROLE

As the Key Account Coordinator at Truganina, VIC, you will provide dedicated support to a key customer within our Finished Vehicle Logistics division. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will assist with day-to-day customer requirements, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality service outcomes.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and supportive team.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding vehicle locations, shipment status, and service-related matters.
• Maintain daily ETA reporting and provide delivery updates to customers and dealers.
• Prepare and distribute KPI, transit time, and operational performance reports.
• Manage vehicle bookings and maintain accurate customer and operational records across multiple systems.
• Upload and maintain customer rates and operational data to ensure system accuracy.
• Manage damage claims, including investigation, administration, and communication of outcomes to dealers.
• Liaise with operations teams to resolve customer issues and support the delivery of service commitments.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong customer service and administration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience within logistics, transport, automotive, or a similar operational environment is highly regarded but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently while managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle to travel between CEVA and customer sites as required.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
