Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a capable retail supervisor to join our enthusiastic team across Queensland stores. You will apply fresh food retail knowledge, lead and manage team members, handle ordering and cost control, and drive gross profit through effective merchandising and rostering.

In this hands-on role you will coach staff, liaise with management and customers, and maintain high work health and safety standards.

Qualifications
