Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated Service Deli Leader for our Rosewood store. You will manage a small team, create rosters, place orders and oversee stock takes to ensure fresh, value-driven customer experiences.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will demonstrate passion for service, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach. Join a supportive, growing retailer with career progression prospects.

Qualifications

• Fresh food retail knowledge essential.
• Management experience is desired but not essential.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Experience in ordering and cost control.
• Ability to generate rosters for staff coverage.
• Strong coaching, training and performance management skills.

• Lead the Service Deli team and drive first-class service.

About this opportunity:

Our Rosewood store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and manage the store's Service Deli department.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
