Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a capable department lead to join our fast-paced Australian operation. You will manage the department as your own business, tailoring service and product offerings to the needs of the local community.

You will coach and lead a team, oversee rostering and cost control, ensure accurate merchandising, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service in a competitive supermarket setting.
