Job summary

Firestorm Fireprotection in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Planning Coordinator to join its established team. Based in Wetherill Park, you will develop planning activities and schedules while coordinating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will schedule maintenance, repairs and installations, deliver top-notch customer service, and work with planners, technicians, and operations to ensure on-time delivery of projects and service activities.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines and priorities.
• High level of organisation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and work schedules.
• Experience supporting internal and external customers with strong service levels.
• A valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs and installation work.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with planners, technicians and operations teams to keep jobs on track.
• Manage work orders, invoicing, stock allocation and other admin tasks.
• Monitor schedules, maintenance dates and asset records for accuracy.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on planning and operations performance.
• Maintain records and support process improvements and team coverage when needed.
