Job summary

Planet Plumbing Group in Sydney's inner west is seeking a Service Coordinator/Administrator on a parental leave cover. The role is full-time, based at our Campsie office, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, coordinating maintenance plumbers and liaising with clients and technicians.

You will manage rosters in AroFlo ERP, handle invoicing and admin, and assist with cost tracking and client reporting. This position offers a strong potential for permanent conversion and a supportive leadership team

Qualifications

Proficiency in AroFlo (ERP) will be favourably considered.
Previous experience in a similar role in maintenance or plumbing is advantageous.
Understanding of trades/building services and basic plumbing terminology.
Strong written and verbal communication with clients, technicians and management.

Responsibilities

Manage, coordinate and schedule daily works using AroFlo ERP for planned preventive and reactive maintenance.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding job progress, service follow-ups, and communication.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
Prepare and submit client reports, service records, and other supporting documentation.
Maintain asset registers, service schedules and compliance documentation.
Assist with general administration and daily operations of the FM division.
