Job summary

Maxilift Australia is seeking a motivated and organised Service Contact Advisor / Service Administration Assistant to join our busy service team in NSW. This role is the first point of contact between customers and our workshop, coordinating service work from start to finish and supporting the service supervisor in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Contact Advisor or Service Administration Assistant, or a similar role.
• Mechanical trade background welcome for progression into leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Sound computer skills including MS Word and basic MS Excel.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
• A proactive, positive and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Scheduling service, repair and inspection work.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Preparing quotations, job cards and invoices.
• Assisting with workshop scheduling and workload coordination.
• Maintaining accurate service records and administration systems.
• Supporting the Service Supervisor and workshop team with operational requirements.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
