Ready to take your service-advisor skills somewhere new?
If you’re an experienced dealership Service Advisor, Service Coordinator or Workshop Controller, you already have the skills we need: looking after customers, organising technicians, managing priorities and making sure jobs are followed through properly.
Lift Care Services and Machinery Services Australia are looking for a capable, personable and highly organised coordinator to take ownership of our daily service operations.
A major part of our work involves wheelchair-access lifters fitted to vehicles used by individuals, families, aged-care providers and disability-service organisations. We also support construction companies, commercial fleets, government departments and vehicle‑leasing companies.
You don’t need experience with our particular equipment. Your customer service, organisation and follow-through matter most—our experienced technicians handle the technical work, and we’ll provide the product and system training you need.
You’ll coordinate service, repair and inspection jobs from the first customer call through to completion and invoicing.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll be someone who enjoys helping customers, stays calm when priorities change and takes satisfaction in keeping everything organised.
You will ideally bring:
Experience with Simpro or another job-management system would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Mechanical or technical knowledge would also be helpful, particularly experience with automotive servicing, hydraulics, vehicle-mounted equipment, access equipment, EWPs or machinery. However, you do not need to be a mechanic or know our products—that’s what our experienced technicians are there for.
You’ll join a friendly office team that helps coordinate the other businesses within our group.
Service coordination and accounts work together in the same open-plan office, so support is close at hand and information is shared quickly. You’ll have ownership of your role without being left to manage everything alone.
We’re a practical, cooperative team where people help one another and work together to keep customers looked after and jobs moving.
Lift Care Services specialises in servicing and repairing wheelchair-access lifters, tailgate loaders and other vehicle‑mounted lifts.
Machinery Services Australia provides servicing, repairs and inspections for elevated work platforms and associated machinery.
Both businesses operate from our Sumner facility as part of the General Services Group.
