Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Site Coordination Specialist in Kwinana Beach, WA to assign engineers, coordinate site readiness, scheduling and invoicing handovers with customers. This role focuses on accurate planning and clear stakeholder communication within a dynamic service environment.

You will plan field and service centre activities, manage travel, trainings and inductions, and ensure timely updates to customers and teams, enabling seamless service delivery and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset, location and job requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness, delivery and scheduling.
• Plan and manage job scheduling for field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at milestones or on request.
• Consolidate and book costs/hours and hand over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
• Manage purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and other non-spare part purchases.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with other coordinators, managers, and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
