You’ll coordinate preventative maintenance, manage service administration, and work with MYOB for invoicing. Flexible hours, four‑day weeks, and a supportive team are offered in a close-knit culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with Simpro
• Experience in systems implementation or rollout
• Comfort with delivering training to non-technical staff
• Familiarity with MYOB or invoicing processes can be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead Simpro implementation and adoption across the organisation.
• Plan proactive service coordination, scheduling and preventative maintenance three months ahead.
• Assist with contract administration and invoicing liaison with the finance team.
