Epiroc in Perth, WA, is seeking a Maintenance Support Lead to oversee maintenance planning, reliability initiatives and technical support for mobile equipment. The role combines field collaboration with a focus on safe, cost-effective operations.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance planning and continuous improvement activities, working with SAP/Pronto/M3 platforms, Excel and Power BI, and will contribute to KPI reporting and data-driven decision making in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, or M3.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Understanding of reliability engineering principles and RCA methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support site-based fleet maintenance specialist and execution teams with technical information.
• Review maintenance strategies, BOMs, and standard jobs.
• Assist with equipment inspections, audits, and defect management.
• Ensure maintenance documentation and master data remain accurate and current.
• Support reliability engineering team with equipment performance analysis, availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
• Identify reliability improvement opportunities and continuous improvement projects.
• Track and report KPI performance to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Support shutdown and major maintenance activities.
• Support long-term planning and lifecycle maintenance requirements.
